- Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals, providing a positive and encouraging environment.
- Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge advice and guidance to members.
- Promote Bannatyne's services, special offers, and membership packages to enhance the member experience and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and drive performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member engagement, class occupancy, and revenue generation.
- Hold a recognized qualification in fitness, such as Reps L2.
- possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Have a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
- Be able to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility with members.
- Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Hold a HND level qualification in Health and Fitness.
- Be Level 3 or equivalent Gym Instruction/Personal Training or Group Exercise qualified, including ETM, Spin, and other relevant certifications.
