We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 2 driver to join our team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as a Class 2 driver, delivering various machines to clients across the region.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:00am-16:00pm, with occasional Saturdays from 08:00am-13:00pm. While the base hours are specified, they may vary due to daily factors such as traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients.
  2. To maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and any issues encountered during transit.
  3. To follow all relevant health and safety procedures and guidelines when handling equipment and interacting with clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Class 2 driving license with Drivers CPC and Tachograph card.
  • Prior experience in operating heavy goods vehicles or a willingness to undergo training provided by the company.

You will be working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the Manchester area.
