Our team covers a broad range of specialisms, including acquisition financing, asset-backed financing, leveraged buyouts, infrastructure financing, and project finance for greenfield renewable energy projects.

Graduate Programme

As a graduate trainee in our debt financing team, you'll gain hands-on experience in debt product development, risk management, and customer relationship building. You'll work closely with industry experts to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth of our business.

During the two-year programme, you can expect to:

  • Build relationships with sophisticated customers in Europe, from medium-sized corporations to blue-chip companies and leading private equity sponsors
  • Gain experience in debt product development, risk management, and customer relationship building
  • Work in different business areas, including our market-leading bond and derivative syndicate and execution franchise

At the end of the programme, you'll be well-positioned to apply for associate roles across our Corporate Banking & Structured Finance business, including roles in leveraged acquisition finance, infrastructure projects finance, and risk solutions.
