We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Childcare Officer to join our team at Brook Street Social Care in Cardiff.

Job Duties

Your key duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children in residential care home settings.
  • Engaging young people in social activities and promoting their emotional well-being.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Experience working in a children's residential setting.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
