Role Summary:

We are seeking an Employee Lifecycle Administrator to join our team at Hunter Savage in Craigavon. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, employee relations, policy management, absence, and performance management.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, processing payroll and benefits, promoting Health & Wellbeing initiatives, and maintaining internal databases. A bonus scheme is also available.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
