About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Cloud Imperium Games Limited. As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest possible quality standards are met in our game development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior QA staff to coordinate testing efforts and ensure seamless game development.
  • Work closely with development and production teams to create, maintain, and share documentation and information.
  • Develop and implement processes to thoroughly test all aspects of the game, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.
  • Identify and report issues to Senior QA members, and provide feedback on quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain an organized bug database, with clear written comprehension in bug reports and excellent communication skills.
  • Complete test plans and regress resolved issues.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of new and existing Quality Assurance methodologies.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organization, and technical requirements.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage change, and be flexible to changing requests.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and defect tracking tools, such as Hansoft, Jira, or DevTrack.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles.
  • Thorough knowledge of videogames across multiple platforms.
  • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for finding bugs.
