Recovery Focused Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Focused Support Worker to join our team at NHS Scotland. In this role, you will work collaboratively with individuals who require support to live independently in our houses.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of recovery-focused principles and be able to provide practical and emotional support to enhance mental wellbeing.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with service users to identify and achieve their individual outcomes and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing recovery-focused support to service users
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users
- Contributing to the development and implementation of service plans
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with recovery-focused principles and practices
Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum
