Job Role: Collaborative Governance Manager

The Programme Delivery Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Collaborative's EPR Programme office. Key tasks include monitoring and reporting programme milestones, ensuring timely updates from programme owners, and maintaining accurate records of risks and issues. The role also involves ensuring effective communication and escalation processes across the assigned Workstream, as well as continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective programme governance processes
  • Monitor and report programme milestones and risks
  • Ensure timely updates from programme owners
  • Maintain accurate records of programme risks and issues
  • Develop and implement effective escalation processes

Workstream Overview:

The Collaborative has identified seven key Workstreams: Clinical Design Authority, Commercial & Finance, Data & Analytics, Design, Build, Test, Programme Management Office, Technical, and Transformation & Adoption.
