Pharmacist Manager Position

Prospect Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Manager to lead their Stevenage branch.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management and be able to drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment. With 11 branches across the southern region, Prospect Health takes pride in offering service incentives and support for the DPP in the Independent Prescribing course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery
  • Drive service excellence and growth through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Encourage team development and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Act in accordance with the guidelines and framework of the pharmacy

Benefits and Package:

  • Competitive salary of £50,000-£55,000 per annum
  • Minimum £6,000 bonus scheme
  • DPP provided for IP
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Pension and sick pay

Requirements:

  • GPHC registered pharmacist
  • Pharmacy first and NHS services accreditations
