Key Responsibilities- Diagnose equipment problems using specialized tools and equipment, collaborating with customer operators and supervisors to provide accurate information for repairs.
- Develop comprehensive quotes for customers, outlining the necessary work and parts required for repair.
- Undertake repair and maintenance work on heavy machinery, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers, site management, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained service engineer with experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Strong knowledge of field-based diagnosis tools and equipment.
- LDV driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £38,500 - £43,800 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a competitive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, company pension scheme, healthcare, company share scheme, and various flexible benefits.
