About the Role

As a Software Team Lead at Roke, you will be responsible for leading technical teams from the front, driving innovation and delivering mission-critical projects that keep the country safe. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our customers to solve complex and unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams delivering software projects in Agile, customer-facing environments.
  • Develop and implement novel technical approaches to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Where You'll Work

You'll find our Woking site in a modern building on the outskirts of London, rated excellent for sustainability and certified by BREEAM and Fitwel. This site provides key links to our customers in London, is a 5-minute walk from the train station, has secure parking nearby, and dedicated cycle storage.

Depending on your project, you may also find yourself working on client sites, predominantly in London.
