Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As an Operational Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing performance management processes, driving quality and efficiency improvements, and ensuring compliance with national and contractual standards. Your expertise in contact centre technologies, workforce planning, and scheduling will be invaluable in achieving exceptional performance levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Qualifications in business or management
  • Expertise in contact centre technologies including NICE, Redwood, Mitel, call routing, ACD functionality, reporting etc.
  • Delivery of target-driven performance
  • Extensive use of Performance Management tools
