About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Eastwood. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Identify and develop opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail experience
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
