Hours: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: £30,000

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Greggs Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Bathgate store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
