Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our EG Group team at our Starbucks store in Bathgate. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, adhering to EG Group's health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with EG Group's overall objectives.

Requirements:
