Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Timber Frame Construction Manager to join our team at Future Engineering. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and visit multiple sites, supervising contracts and ensuring projects are running to time scale
- Ensure all operatives are inducted, attend site meetings, and work closely with the contracts manager
- Keep records of all snagging elements and address these prior to client handover, ensuring handovers and client meetings are met to pre-agreed specifications
Requirements:
- A strong background in joinery and timber frame builds for residential projects
- Happy to travel and work across multiple sites
- Driving licence
