Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager or Site Manager with a background in Carpentry/Timber Frame to join our client's team as a Senior Timber Frame Contracts Lead. In this autonomous role, you will oversee a regional patch within the North West of England, covering various roofing contracts and conducting site visits to monitor quality and progress. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients and site managers, overseeing projects and teams on site, conducting quality checks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a portfolio of roofing contracts across a regional patch in North West England
  • Conduct site visits to monitor quality and progress, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements
  • Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Oversee project teams on site, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record in contract management or site management, preferably in the timber frame industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly
