We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Ad Warrior in Swavesey. As a Maintenance Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all staff and students.

Salary: £25,584 - £27,711 per annum

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong background in maintenance and facilities management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and facilities
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors
  • Monitoring and reporting on facility conditions and safety
