Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our new Supported Living service in Morecambe, Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the service, ensuring the smooth running and allocation of staff, and delivering excellent operational services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective financial administration of the services delivered, through the effective deployment of staff and budgets.
  • Overall operation of the services, ensuring the smooth running and allocation of staff.
  • Delivery of excellent operational services, regularly supervising Team Leaders.
  • Ensuring the effective and efficient provision of support to the people using the services.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise workload, while being financially astute.
  • Experience in social care management, CQC Framework, and knowledge of Health & Social Services and applicable regulations/legislation.
  • Motivating and enabling a staff team to achieve good outcomes in partnership with the people we support, with an emphasis on role modelling best practice in a care environment.
  • Proven track record of improving and developing services for people with disabilities.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or eligibility to complete the Level 5 Diploma.
