Purchasing Help Desk: Provide primary support for purchasing-related queries from the business, alleviating workload from other finance teams by managing day-to-day operational issues. Assist users with procurement system and process challenges, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Purchasing Controls: Conduct exception reporting to identify inefficient use of processes (e.g., retrospective authorizations, multiple POs) and monitor compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive implementation.

Expense Oversight: Monitor business travel and expenses, manage corporate cards, and generate exception reports to ensure policy compliance.

Supplier Assurance: Perform assurance checks in line with established processes and standards.

Training: Deliver finance and business end-user training to support purchasing activities, fostering a comprehensive understanding of procurement policies across the business.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other support functions to resolve procurement-related issues and streamline cross-functional processes.
