About the Role

The Edinburgh Lettings Team at Rettie and Co. is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and customers. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure we provide a best-in-class customer experience, achieving a market-leading position in our target areas.

In this role, you will provide a highly effective front-line reception service, dealing professionally and efficiently with clients and customers through various communication channels. You will also provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department and maintain a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department and office premises.
  • Manage phone calls and voicemail queries.
  • Greet clients, suppliers, and associated professionals face-to-face.
  • Provide the highest standard of client care and satisfaction.
  • Ensure standards are met and a continuous learning approach is adopted.
  • Manage viewing calendars and appointments.
  • Manage a database of applicants for available properties.
  • Manage the main lettings email inbox.
  • Manage keys in and out of the office.
  • Liaise with viewers/coordinators to best manage diaries/viewings.
