About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Pre Assessment team at Rivers Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient clinical assessment processes.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience working within Pre Assessment is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Flexible and positive attitude.
  • A warm, considerate and empathetic character.
