About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at Gardens Neurological Centre in Sawbridgeworth. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with complex long-term neurological conditions, including those with physical disabilities and recovering from traumatic injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes in service user condition.
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
  • A positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassionately support service users.
  • A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
