Our client, a leading Facilities and maintenance company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their established team on a static site. This role involves working Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 4:30, with opportunities for progression and ongoing training.

  • Competitive salary up to £41.5k

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
  • Maintain the professional image always, and promote services
  • Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes
  • Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response

Requirements:

  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 Test and inspection - highly desirable
  • Experience working within occupied offices
  • Driving Licence
  • Must be able to obtain DBS
