Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A leading FM and maintenance company, Randstad CPE, is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join their team at a large static site near Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a shift basis, covering 8am - 8pm, 4 on 4 off days only.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site.
  2. Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
  3. Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.
  4. Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings.
  5. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients.
  6. Maintain the professional image always and promote services.
  7. Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.
  8. Manage the site logbook system and ensure all paperwork is kept up to date.
  9. Oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.
  10. Receive client issues and resolve these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
  11. Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hours emergency response.

Requirements:

  1. Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  2. AM2 (if required with course).
  3. 18th edition.
  4. Experience working within occupied offices.
  5. Driving License.
  6. Must be able to obtain DBS.
