As a Counselling Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced staff and external specialists to enhance your professional development and provide individualised support to students across various year groups.

You will adapt to different student abilities, ensuring inclusive support and promoting positive social interactions and emotional resilience in students. Collaborate with teaching staff to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need a BSc in Psychology from a top UK University and strong academic background, particularly in core subjects, to effectively support students.

A genuine passion for working with children and an interest in educational psychology are essential qualities for this position.

**Benefits**

We offer a long-term, full-time role with consistent hours Monday to Friday (term-time only) and a competitive salary of £100 per day, inclusive of annual leave entitlement.

Regular visits from trained psychologists and speech and language therapists ensure ongoing professional development opportunities.

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
