Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of 100 active tenancies, including 60 HMOs
* Liaise with estate agents to source tenants
* Handle all aspects of tenancy management, including referencing, contracts, and rent collection
* Prepare landlord statements and manage deposits
* Collaborate with agents and service providers to ensure smooth operations
* Conduct property inspections as required
* Organise landlord statements and invoices
* Work with helptomove to handle utility contracts and bill management for new tenants
* Participate in an on-call rota for escalations
Requirements:
* Current experience in lettings administration, ideally within an estate agency environment
* Comfortable managing a busy portfolio, handling contracts, and picking up the phone when needed
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Proactive, proud of their work, and able to work independently
* Clear and confident communicator
