Lettings Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team at Turner Wise Recruitment. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for registering lettings applications, maintaining the internal database, and progressing lettings deals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Registering lettings applications and maintaining accurate records
  2. Progressing lettings deals from initial application to completion
  3. Carrying out reference checks on new tenants and verifying their identity
  4. Updating the company website with new listings and property information
  5. Performing general office administration duties, including photocopying, filing, and ordering stationery
  6. Collating information for monthly fees and KPIs/Weekly Deal Tracker
  7. Sending tenancy renewal emails and liaising with the Lettings Manager to send out renewal paperwork
  8. Organising photography, floorplans, and EPCs for new instructions

Requirements

  1. Excellent organisation and administration skills
  2. Ability to prioritise, handle pressure, and manage a varying workload
  3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Administration experience essential
  5. Team player with a positive can-do attitude

Package

£23k – £30k per annum
