Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Hair Stylist who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, provide personalized service, and stay up-to-date with the latest Aveda techniques and trends. As a member of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, work with a talented group of professionals, and contribute to the success of our Blow Dry Bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hair services, including blow drying, styling, and hair care advice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay current with Aveda products, services, and techniques, and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and productivity goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Qualified Level 2 NVQ Hair Stylist or above
  • Demonstrated functional and technical skills to perform a blow dry to Aveda standards
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Flexible availability across days/hours, with a focus on work-life balance
  • Previous salon experience or similar environment preferred
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
