About Aveda Blow Dry Bars

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Aveda Blow Dry Bars. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to combine your creative expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hair styling services to customers, following the Aveda Ultimate Service Cycle within allotted time.
  • Develop and maintain a strong interest in learning new techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and products.
  • Drive repeat business and meet individual sales and productivity goals through Home Care Product Recommendations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team and Blow Dry Bar.

Requirements

  • Qualified Level 2 NVQ Hair Stylist or above.
  • Demonstrated functional and technical skills to perform a blow dry to Aveda standards.
  • A passion and energy to provide authentic and personalized service.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Previous salon experience or similar environment is preferred.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
