At Aveda, we are seeking a highly skilled Hair Stylist to join our team of experts at our luxurious Fenwick Store. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to combine your creative expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Aveda Blow Dry Bars, where you will work alongside a highly skilled team of stylists to deliver exceptional hair services. Your love and passion for styling, strong interest in learning new techniques, and ability to work well under pressure will make you successful in this role.

As a Hair Stylist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality hair services to our customers, including blow drys, cuts, and colors. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

We offer a competitive industry salary, commission scheme eligibility, annual leave, and family leave. You will also have access to extensive training and development opportunities, including our Blow Dry Bootcamp and Texture Styling programs.

Key qualifications for this role include a qualified Level 2 NVQ Hair Stylist or above, demonstrated functional and technical skills to perform a blow dry to Aveda standards, and a passion and energy to provide authentic and personalized service. Previous salon experience or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
