**Senior Finance Business Partner Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our client, a Public Sector organisation, on a Fixed Term Contract. As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will report to the Head of Finance and support a wider finance and non-finance team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with budget holders and senior managers to ensure their needs are fully satisfied.
  • Monitor and report on the financial position of units to relevant stakeholders using appropriate communication methods and financial analysis.
  • Review and improve expenditure efficiencies on supplies and services.
  • Maintain the asset register and capital accounting records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide technical input in budget monitoring to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Complete statutory returns and grant claims.
