Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cockpit Lead Engineer to join our team at EES Solutions. As a key member of our automotive engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cockpit programs to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement on-cycle program content delivery strategies to meet quality, cost, and timing targets.
  • Create and maintain off-cycle non-program commodity strategies and technology roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental knowledge and expertise in cockpit-related topics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior team members to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to combine short-term and long-term planning.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm with a willingness to adapt to new ideas and inputs.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with systems engineering processes and differing levels of requirements.
  • Ability to empathize with the engineering development process and drive workload independently.
  • Knowledge of agile working practices and experience with interior engineering development.
