Job Title: Cockpit Lead Engineer

Location: Warwickshire, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

EES Solutions is a pioneering engineering solutions provider, serving diverse sectors such as Rail, Automotive, Marine, and Energy.

We're seeking a skilled Cockpit Lead Engineer to join our team, working closely with our automotive clientele. This role requires direct automotive work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver On-Cycle Programme content for Cockpit to meet Quality, Cost & Timing targets
  • Develop and maintain Off-Cycle non-Programme commodity strategy and technology roadmap
  • Contribute to department knowledge collation and transfer for Cockpit related topics
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior team members

Additional Requirements:

  • Interior Engineering knowledge related to Cockpit development
  • Experience in Engineering delivery
  • Strategic Roadmap generation experience
  • Knowledge of agile working practices
  • Experience in developing Interior Commodities from Cradle to Grave
