Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy accounts team at WendyB Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the collection and allocation of Property Service charges for block estates and managed residential apartments.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the collection and allocation of Property Service charges
- Sending out statements and payment schedules to landlords and property owners
- Sending 3 stage reminders via post/email
- Making outbound calls to customers with complex queries and arranging re-payment schedules
- Allocating payments received
- Initiating legal proceedings through small claims court in the case of non-payment and pursuing through to settlement/judgement
- Updating Excel spreadsheets and database to monitor and track all activity, progress status reporting
- Assisting the wider accounts team during quieter periods
We are looking for a confident, well-organised, and resilient individual with good listening skills and competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. If you have experience in credit control or debt collection, we would love to hear from you.
