Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy accounts team at WendyB Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the collection and allocation of Property Service charges for block estates and managed residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the collection and allocation of Property Service charges
  • Sending out statements and payment schedules to landlords and property owners
  • Sending 3-stage reminders via post/email
  • Making outbound calls to customers with complex queries and arranging re-payment schedules
  • Allocating payments received
  • Initiating legal proceedings through small claims court for non-payment and pursuing through to settlement/judgement
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets and database to monitor and track all activity, progress status reporting
  • Assisting the wider accounts team during quieter periods
Requirements:
  • Confident and well-organized individual with good listening skills
  • Competency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in credit control or debt collection
