About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Director to join our team at Oxfam GB. As a pivotal member of our retail operations, you will play a key role in driving commercial success and creating a safe and energized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Shop Manager in leading a successful and inclusive team
  • Develop and maintain effective retail processes and strong merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the Shop Manager and other colleagues
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with the local community
  • Monitor budgets and maintain the shop's administrative systems

  • Commercial awareness and ability to support effective retail processes
  • Strong merchandising skills and ability to maintain a successful and inclusive team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service
  • Numerate and financially literate with basic financial reporting skills
