Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs that meet the needs of learners
- Ensure compliance with the standards of awarding organisations, Welsh Government guidelines, the Estyn Common Inspection Framework, and ALS requirements
- Build relationships with learners, line managers, and employers to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience within a HR role
- Membership with CIPD (minimum Associate level)
- CIPD qualification (minimum level 5)
- A valid UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK
- Good standard of education: GCSE (or equivalent) English & Math
