About the Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs that meet the needs of learners
  • Ensure compliance with the standards of awarding organisations, Welsh Government guidelines, the Estyn Common Inspection Framework, and ALS requirements
  • Build relationships with learners, line managers, and employers to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a HR role
  • Membership with CIPD (minimum Associate level)
  • CIPD qualification (minimum level 5)
  • A valid UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • Applicants must have the Right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of education: GCSE (or equivalent) English & Math
