As a highly skilled Adult Learning Coordinator at Educators Wales, you will drive ESOL provision and practice across the organisation. Collaborate with teams to develop course content and evaluate ESOL provision.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of dedicated educators and contribute to the development of adult education in Wales. You will be responsible for supporting the Curriculum and Quality Team in designing, developing, delivering, and assessing ESOL curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Curriculum and Quality Team in ESOL curriculum design, development, delivery, and assessment.
  • Develop learning and progression pathways for ESOL learners.
  • Lead internal quality assurance across all ESOL programmes.
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement of the curriculum area.

Requirements:

  • Experience of ESOL Core Curriculum, curriculum design, development, delivery, and assessment.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Experience of working in partnership and networking with other agencies.
  • Knowledge of current issues in adult education in Wales, particularly in relation to ESOL.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Understanding of the Estyn Common Inspection Framework.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
