* Manage a team of Liquidity Controllers, providing guidance and support.
* Consolidate reporting processes, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure effective reviews and challenge.
* Develop internal communication of regulatory ratios and summaries of key submissions.
* Collaborate with the Deputy Head of Regulatory Reporting to address ad hoc requests from regulators.
* Work with the Regulatory Policy and Planning Manager to ensure accurate delivery of new regulatory returns and reports.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting requirements, regulatory changes, and developments.

Requirements:

* Prudential regulatory reporting experience and detailed knowledge of prudential liquidity regulations.
* Proven experience in the Banking industry.
* Experience of managing a small team.
* Qualified Accountant (highly preferred).
* Experience of BOE Statistical returns (highly preferred).
* Advanced Excel Skills.
* Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 Degree).
