About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Support and Care Professional to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work closely with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Care Assistants, managing medication administration, conducting assessments and care reviews, and prioritizing resident dignity and preferences. You will also collaborate with the Deputy General Manager to ensure seamless operations. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with experience working in a care setting and knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a compassionate and dedicated individual, you will provide individualized care and support to our residents, utilizing ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.
