Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team at Roborough House in Plymouth, Devon. The successful candidate will support senior staff in meeting the personal care needs of clients and contribute to the efficient running of the Home.

The key responsibilities include assisting clients with their daily needs, health supervision, and appointments, as well as participating in staff meetings and training activities as directed. To enhance client skills and quality of life, you will engage them in various activities.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 per annum, plus benefits including a £250 Recommend A Friend Bonus, up to 28 Days Holiday, free online courses for staff development, free DBS Check, Stakeholder Pension, Employee Assistance Programme, and Annual Employee Awards Evening.
