No Experience Necessary:

This training includes classroom sessions, e-learning, and the chance to shadow experienced Support Practitioners to understand their daily responsibilities and meet the individuals you will assist.

Flexible Working Hours:
We require flexibility in your schedule, as shifts may include early, back, late, and sleepover hours. Opportunities are available for Full Time, Part Time, and Bank positions.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Support Practitioner, your duties may include:
- Social Engagement - Facilitating community involvement by organizing and participating in various leisure activities such as outings to day centres, cinemas, and swimming pools.
- Medical Assistance - Overseeing and administering medication as required.
- Personal Care - Supporting individuals in maintaining their personal hygiene and well-being, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging medical appointments.
- Household Support - Aiding individuals in managing their living environments by encouraging daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
