About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team as an Associate Director/Director. As a key member of our commercial building surveying team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical due diligence, condition surveys, and contract administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of building surveyors to deliver exceptional results and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement technical due diligence strategies to identify key risks and opportunities for our clients.
  • Conduct condition surveys and provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting areas of concern and recommended actions.
  • Manage and administer contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to ensure efficient financial control and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial building surveying, with a strong background in technical due diligence, condition surveys, and contract administration.
  • Excellent technical ability, with a deep understanding of building surveying principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of building surveyors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
