Job Requirements

To succeed in this Complex Care Assistant role, you will need to possess a caring personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be empathetic towards clients with complex needs and able to demonstrate patience and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Care Delivery: Provide high-quality, person-centered care, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Communication: Maintain open and honest communication with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
