Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at Leonard Cheshire UK in Sutton Coldfield. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, and work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families. Previous personal care experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily life tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments.
  • Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.

Salary and Benefits:

As a Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire UK, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
