**Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated teaching staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils. You will also be expected to assess and track student progress, use this information to inform your teaching strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** A recognised Early Years teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, EYTS, or equivalent), strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a creative and caring approach to teaching and learning.
