We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Manager for Live Events to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technical success for all live broadcasts
  • Provide top-class customer service skills, explaining client services to event planners as needed
  • Responsible for the planning, staffing, and delivery of event requests within customers' fully equipped event spaces
  • Operate installed AV systems to an advanced level, including Ross Carbonite switcher, PTZ Cameras, Cisco Telepresence Units, and Yamaha LS9 audio consoles

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in all aspects of streaming and venue space equipment (hardware & software)
  • 3+ years of professional technical live event production experience
  • Understanding of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of broadcast, audio visual, and video conferencing equipment and systems

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
