Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Technology Specialist to join our team as a Test and Support Expert for live video production solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the product quality and support readiness by transferring your first-hand knowledge into the global support teams.

You will work closely with our development teams to document bugs in Jira and provide information to support our development teams. Your role will also involve aligning explorative tests with the System Testing team and meeting the needs of Pre-and After Sales Support, R&D, and Product management.

Requirements
  • Successfully completed university studies or have 2+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the (outside-) broadcast and entertainment market as a live production engineer including Slomo Replay engineer, Vision engineer, or similar.
  • Knowledge of baseband and IP-Video technology (SDI, 2110), video compression, and IP network technology (VLAN, IGMP, ptp, switches).
  • BASIC knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • PRACTICAL experience in testing new Hard- and Software.
  • PRECISE work style with high self-presentation on quality.
  • MOBILITY and willingness to travel occasionally.
