Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our expanding team at H-Seventeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive range of bakery equipment to both new and existing factories across the United Kingdom. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to identify customer needs, provide tailored equipment solutions, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing factories.
* Provide expert technical advice on the full range of bakery equipment, including ovens, packaging, and mixing solutions.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
Experience and Qualifications:
* A proven track record in sales within the bakery, food production, or related industries.
* An engineering qualification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, or food engineering preferred).
* Strong technical understanding of food production processes and equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage a national sales territory.
Remuneration and Benefits:
* Competitive base salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
